Lifelong special pigeons: Ballet, cults, science & sci fi, human behaviour, body language (trying to figure out how the normies work!)
Current special pigeons: Neurodiversity (trying to figure out how I work!) Linguistics. I'm obsessed with Scotland, I desperately want to move to the Highlands or Islands away from the noise of people and closer to nature.
I can relate to Alec - I've never seen or heard of the movie though.
Pigeons? For me it's always been crows. They've followed me my whole life. But in this context, my pigeons are:
Writing - Always there, never leaving me alone. Even when I'm trying to sleep, another story or article idea will come to mind. Sometimes pestering me to the point of being unable to sleep.
Learning - That's another thing that keeps my mind working. I always want to learn more about things. What I don't know, I research. When I've reached the bottom of the rabbit hole, I write about what I've learned before turning the key to explore Wonderland.
I've never fit into a box, perhaps it's the (undiagnosed) ADHD, or the (diagnosed) PNES, or my personality type. I've always been a bit of an "odd duck". I can live with that. In fact, I've been learning how to use that for the benefit of others whenever I can. Even when I think I'm writing for myself.

Looking forward to reading more from you!
I love it xx
